(c) Orders placed on the website are subject to our shipping, exchange, and return policy, as outlined below.

(b) Business Days: Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

(c) Purchase Order: By placing an order, you agree to abide by our shipping, exchange, and return policy. Orders cannot be canceled once placed ( Read Section 10 for more information). Processing and shipping may take 3 - 7 business days, or longer during peak periods like sale seasons. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier.

(d) Order Confirmation: Once we receive your order, we will send an email confirming the order and begin processing it.

(e) Order Exchange: Exchanges are allowed once per order if the size does not match or you are not satisfied with your purchase. Subsequent exchanges are subject to shipping costs, to be borne by the customer.

(f) Return/Refund: If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it for store credit only. For faulty products, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or other means, within 10 - 14 business days after the product is received.

SECTION 3: ELIGIBILITY

(a)Users must be 18 years or older to use our services. Users under 18 must place orders with the guidance of a parent or guardian.

(b)Our products and services are currently available for customers in Malaysia and Singapore only.

SECTION 4: USER OBLIGATIONS 

By using our website and services, you agree to the following obligations:
(a)You will provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and placing an order.

(b)You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

SECTION 5: PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING 

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, there may be occasional errors or inaccuracies. If we discover an error after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options to either reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be considered canceled, and a refund will be issued.

SECTION 6: PRODUCTS AND MEASUREMENTS

The colors of our products may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to photographic lighting or monitor settings. Please allow for a variation of +/- 3 cm in measurements. Any claims or requests for refunds due to color differences or minor measurement variations will not be entertained.

SECTION 7: REFUSAL OF ORDER

We reserve the right to withdraw products or update information on the website at our discretion. While we aim to fulfill all orders, there may be instances where an order needs to be canceled. In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund.

SECTION 8: ORDER MISTAKE 

If you realize there was an error in your order, please contact us promptly at info@lolafit-club.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes. If you receive an incorrect order, please reach out to our team for assistance at the same email address.

SECTION 9: FOR SINGAPOREAN CUSTOMERS 

All product prices are displayed in SGD. However, at checkout, prices will be shown in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).

Shipping to Singapore: Shipping costs MYR 30, with free shipping available for orders over MYR 350

Exchange/Return Requests: Exchange and return requests are available upon request as we expand our services.

SECTION 10: ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

We accept orders at any time, which are subject to our Shipping, Exchange, and Return Policies. By placing an order, you agree to these terms:

(a) Account Registration: By creating an account with us, you consent to providing your information for order processing and receiving marketing emails from us. Your information may also be used for customer service purposes, such as order inquiries.

(b) Placing an Order: When you place an order with us, you agree that orders are non-cancellable. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

(c) Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed. If you do not receive this email, it means that an incorrect email address or no email address was provided. For assistance, please contact us at info@lolafit-club.com.

(d) Payment: We accept payments through our listed payment partners such as Atome, Billplz, Stripe, and others. You may also use store credit or e-gift cards for payment. Any applicable delivery costs will be displayed during checkout after entering your address. Shipping fees for West Malaysia are MYR 8.00 if the order total is below MYR 180 and MYR 11.00 for East Malaysia if the order total is below MYR 180.

SECTION 11: SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We appreciate your support and work diligently to process your orders. Standard shipping typically takes 3 - 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak sales seasons, shipping times may be longer. If time is a concern, we recommend placing orders outside of peak periods.To be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund, please ensure that your items meet the following conditions:

(a) Products must be without traces of use (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with tags intact) and all relevant accessories affixed in the original package. If the exchange or return item(s) show any signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to reject the request for exchange or return or you can have the item(s) send back to you at a re-delivery fee of MYR8.00.

(b) All sale items (eg: 11.1 Sale, Black Friday, etc) are strictly not exchangeable nor returnable.


EXCHANGE TERMS

Effective from 15th October, we have updated our exchange and return policies:

(a) Each account is entitled to one free exchange if it has not previously initiated an exchange. Shipping costs for the free exchange will be covered by LOLA FIT CLUB.

(b) Each order is eligible for one exchange only. If your exchange item(s) arrive and you are still not satisfied, you may return it for a store credit. However, a small fee of MYR12 will be deducted from the total amount and the balance will be refunded as store credit.


RETURN TERMS

 (a) Category A: If returning due to size issues, change of mind, or other non-defective reasons, you will receive store credit, and shipping costs will be your responsibility.

 Category B: If the item is defective or incorrect, you may choose between a replacement or a refund, with shipping costs covered by LOLA.

(c) Return requests can only be initiated once per order.

SECTION 12: NOTICES

Any notices related to your contract with LOLA FIT CLUB will be delivered via email or post. Notices are deemed served one business day after sending via post or email.

SECTION 13: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, belongs to LOLA FIT CLUB and our content providers. You are not permitted to use any part of the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Any infringement will result in legal action.

LOLA FIT CLUB will not be responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during the shipping process, especially those caused by third-party couriers. While we work to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing and peak seasons.

Our activewear products are intended for general fitness and lifestyle purposes. We are not responsible for any injuries, discomfort, or adverse reactions you may experience while using our products. (d) Payment: We accept payments through our listed payment partners such as Atome, Billplz, Stripe, and others. You may also use store credit or e-gift cards for payment. Any applicable delivery costs will be displayed during checkout after entering your address. Shipping fees for West Malaysia are MYR 8.00 if the order total is below MYR 180 and MYR 11.00 for East Malaysia if the order total is below MYR 180.

SECTION 11: SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We appreciate your support and work diligently to process your orders. Standard shipping typically takes 3 - 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak sales seasons, shipping times may be longer. If time is a concern, we recommend placing orders outside of peak periods.To be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund, please ensure that your items meet the following conditions:

(a) Products must be without traces of use (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with tags intact) and all relevant accessories affixed in the original package. If the exchange or return item(s) show any signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to reject the request for exchange or return or you can have the item(s) send back to you at a re-delivery fee of MYR8.00.

(b) All sale items (eg: 11.1 Sale, Black Friday, etc) are strictly not exchangeable nor returnable.


EXCHANGE TERMS

Effective from 15th October, we have updated our exchange and return policies:

(a) Each account is entitled to one free exchange if it has not previously initiated an exchange. Shipping costs for the free exchange will be covered by LOLA FIT CLUB.

(b) Each order is eligible for one exchange only. If your exchange item(s) arrive and you are still not satisfied, you may return it for a store credit. However, a small fee of MYR12 will be deducted from the total amount and the balance will be refunded as store credit.


RETURN TERMS

 (a) Category A: If returning due to size issues, change of mind, or other non-defective reasons, you will receive store credit, and shipping costs will be your responsibility.

 Category B: If the item is defective or incorrect, you may choose between a replacement or a refund, with shipping costs covered by LOLA.

(c) Return requests can only be initiated once per order.

Any notices related to your contract with LOLA FIT CLUB will be delivered via email or post. Notices are deemed served one business day after sending via post or email.

(e) Order Exchange: Exchanges are allowed once per order if the size does not match or you are not satisfied with your purchase. Subsequent exchanges are subject to shipping costs, to be borne by the customer.

(f) Return/Refund: If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it for store credit only. For faulty products, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or other means, within 10 - 14 business days after the product is received.
