What is your exchange / return policy?

To qualify for a full return or exchange, requests must be made within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays) from the date you receive your order. Exchange/ return item should not show any traces of use ( unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, unaltered with the tag still intact. If the returned item shows any sign of damage, we reserve the rights to reject your request and have the item send back to you at a re-delivery fee of MYR8.00.

What is one-time free exchange?

Every account will given a one-time free exchange.If it's your first or you haven't initiate an exchange with your account before, you will be entitled for a complimentary exchange. However, for the second time or subsequent exchanges, shipping cost will be borne by you as self-post 

Can I initiate an exchange or return with sale item?

Unfortunately, all sale items such as Black Friday, 11.11 Sale, New Year Sale and others are not exchangeable nor refundable. Kindly ensure that you've choose the right item and size before placing an order. 

Is shipping fee refundable?

Unfortunately, shipping fee will not be refunded if you wish to initiate an exchange or return. 

What should I do when preparing for an exchange or return ?

When exchanging or returning items, we recommend obtaining proof of postage to avoid lost or damaged shipments.This ensures that you have a record of your return in case there are any issues during the transit process. It helps us track your package and ensures a smooth resolution if any problems arise with your return or exchange.

What if I want to initiate a return on an order using store credit from previous return ?

Unfortunately, returns can only be initiated once per order number. We do not accept returns for orders placed with the previous return store credit. 

What if I want to return a setwear or a bundle deal ?

For setwear, both top and bottom must be returned or exchanged together. Partial exchange or return of sets will not be entertained. As for bundle deals, returning a single piece requires you to pay full price of the desired piece, with the remaining refunded as store credit.

What is the refund timeline?

Thank you for your patience. The refund usually takes 10 - 14 business days for the funds to reimburse to your account after we've receive the returned package. Unfortunately, we can't expedite the process as the payments are dictated by the banks and our payment providers.
