Returns & Exchanges


We sincerely hope that you adore your LOLA pieces as much as we do. However, if you're not really into your recent purchase, kindly refer to the following terms & conditions:

  • To be eligible for a full return or exchange, please ensure that it is initiated within 14 working days from the date you receive your order.
  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged item(s) with tag still intact
  • If the returned item(s) shows any signs of wear or damage, you will only be offered a 20% refund OR you can have the item(s) send back to you at a re-delivery fee of MYR 8.00.
  • Free Exchanges are only applicable for FIRST ORDERS.
  • All sale items are strictly non refundable & not eligible for exchange.

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, kindly click here to access our returns form. Once you’ve submitted the form, kindly wait for 3 - 7 business days for the team to process. Upon receipt of your submitted form, we will reach out to you via a separate email, providing you with additional guidelines. 

Please keep the following guides in mind:

  • All items can only be exchanged ONCE; If your exchange item arrives and you are still not satisfied with it, you may return it for a store credit. However, a SMALL FEE of MYR12 will be deducted from the total amount and the balance will be refunded as store credit.
  • If you’ve ordered set wear and wish to return it, the set wear must be returned with top and bottom. We are not able to issue refunds for a partial return of a top or a bottom. Alternatively, if you’ve ordered a bundle deal and wish to return one piece, you will be responsible for the full price of the piece you desire and will be refunded the difference.  

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.



We hustle to ensure all goods are sold at the top of line. However, if you have received a faulty item or if you have been sent the wrong item (incorrect product, size, or color), kindly click here to access our claim form. Please attach relevant document(s) showcasing the defect part(s). Once you have filed a complaint, please allow 3 - 7 business days for our team to process and we will reach out to you via a separate email to provide further instructions regarding shipping. 

Please keep the following guides in mind:

  • When handing over to the logistic company, we strongly recommend our customers to obtain a tracking number and proof of postage for future reference.
  • Kindly file a complaint to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Complaints made after the lodge of this period will not be entertained.

We wish to refund the order as soon as we received and processed your return. Usually, refunds may take up to 10 - 14 business days after the arrival or the package.
