Our fabrics mainly comprise nylon, spandex, elastane, and rayon which are buttery soft, stretchy,sweat-wicking, and cooling, designed to support low to high-impact activities.
How should I care for my activewear?
We strongly recommend you place your pieces into a mesh bag to protect them during machine wash.
- Machine wash cold with like colors.
- Tumble dry low.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not iron.
- Do not hang dry.
Gentle reminder: The color dyes may have different effects on different fabrics. Therefore, we highly recommend washing the new activewear separately for the first wash.

The product colors may slightly vary from the display due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
What is our shipping rate?
Our Domestic Standard Shipping is free on orders above MYR 150, otherwise, it's a flat rate of MYR 7 for West Malaysia and MYR 11 for East Malaysia.
Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
How long does it take for the shipping process?
All domestic orders will be processed and shipped within 3 - 7 business days. However, we will not be liable or responsible for any shipment delays.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Is International Shipping available?
We know you can’t wait to get moved with our pieces, but unfortunately, we are still working on International Shipping Services. We’ll update here once it’s available. Stay Tuned!
How can I make adjustments or cancel my order?
We are unable to amend any information or make cancellations on orders after it’s been placed. So please ensure all personal information is filled in correctly before placing an order.
What should I do if I receive damaged or faulty item(s)?
We hustle to ensure all goods are sold at top of the line. However, if you receive any damaged or faulty item, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately at info@lolafit-club.com within 3 days of receiving your damaged or faulty item(s).
What if I receive the wrong or missing item?
If you’re missing an item or have received the wrong item/order, kindly tap us at info@lolafit-club.com within 3 days of receiving your wrong item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: You will have to provide us with certain information including the order number, the name or code of the item you didn’t receive, and a photo of the item(s) you have received.
Once we’ve received the above information, our team will get it sorted within 3 - 7 business days.
What is your return & exchange policy?
If you’re not really into your LOLA pieces, you may return them for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your orders. We will only accept the item(s) in new and unworn condition with original tags remaining in place. If the returned item(s) shows any signs of wear or damage, you will only be offered a 20% refund OR you can have the item(s) send back to you.
Once you’ve uploaded your return request, you have 7 days to ship back your item(s). Please note that items may only be exchanged ONCE; If your exchange arrives and you are still not satisfied with it, you may return it for a store credit. A small fee of MYR 12 will be deducted from the total amount and the balance will be refunded as store credit.
If you’ve ordered set wear and wish to return it, the set wear must be returned with top and bottom. We are not able to issue refunds for a partial return of a top or a bottom. Alternatively, if you’ve ordered a bundle deal and wish to return one piece, you will be responsible for the full price of the piece you desire and will be refunded the difference.
All sales items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@lolafit-club.com with the following information:
- The order number
- The item you wish to exchange
- The item you wish to return
- A photo and the name/code of the item you’ve received.
Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 3 - 7 business days for our team to process it.
